Monday 4th February 2019 will mark the start of our PACT Online Safety Week across all of our schools. Throughout the week your child will be learning about how to stay safe online whilst in school and at home. We will also be participating in the globally celebrated Safer Internet Day on Tuesday 5th February.
Safer Internet Day 2019 will be celebrated globally on Tuesday 5th February with the slogan: ‘Together for a better Internet’.
Coordinated in the UK by the UK Safer Internet Centre the celebration sees hundreds of organisations get involved and join a national conversation about using technology responsibly, respectfully, critically and creatively.
Over the next few weeks your child will be coming home with the latest copy of the Digital Parenting Online Safety magazine. This is packed full of useful online safety advice and is written specifically for parents. If you cannot wait for the printed copy, then please take a look at the electronic version of the magazine by clicking the link below.
